Mental health, made understandable
Understanding
your
mental health
starts here.
Mind Matters Global gives young people free, easy-to-use tools to better understand how they’re feeling and learn what to do next.
01 Why we exist Mind Matters Global
Understanding is only the first step.
Knowing what you’re feeling is important—but knowing what to do next matters just as much.
Mind Matters Global was created by young people to make mental health information easier to understand and easier to use. Our tools combine research-backed guidance with practical next steps, so you can better understand what you’re experiencing and know where to turn for support.
“There’s a heavy stigma surrounding mental health where I live, and I never know how to start the conversation with my school counselor and reach out for help. Mind Matters Global gave me a place to begin, and bringing my check-in results made it much easier to explain what I was feeling.”
